Winter is one of the 4 seasons of the year and is usually during the months of November, December, January, February and it is when the weather is the coldest.

There is usually more rain and there can also be snow and ice. If you live in an area with a lot of snow, you can have a snow ball fight, where you throw snow at each other.

When you go outside you will need to wear warm clothes. You will also need to wear a hat on your head, a scarf around your neck and gloves on your hands.

You will also eat more hot food and drink more hot drinks, which will help you stay warm.

You will also notice changes outside in winter. The first thing you see is that the trees have no leaves and it also gets dark a lot earlier too.
