Example Sentences -例文

My day always starts with my alarm going off. I hate the loud sound, but it wakes me up.  I get out of bed and go down stairs and usually drink some water then eat my breakfast.

I then brush my teeth and get dressed and now I am ready to leave the house. I have to walk to the train station and most mornings I grab a coffee from the local shop on the way.

My commute is okay, it’s a 10 minute walk then 25 minutes on the train. My office is pretty close to the station and when I arrive I am ready to start work. I usually have some meetings in the morning and I do some work up until lunch time. 

I eat my lunch in the office and then I do more work until the end of the day. I love when work is finished, but there are still a lot of things that I need to do.  After work I go to the gym and exercise and once that is done I go to the local supermarket and pick up some food for my dinner. 

When I get home I make dinner and also study some English, often at the same time. I sometimes watch TV while I eat my dinner and often I watch things that help me study.

After a long day I take a shower and get ready for bed. I usually make a nice cup of tea and drink this in bed to relax.

I then set my alarm for the next morning and get ready to sleep. Sometimes I fall asleep right away and other times I end up scrolling through social media for a while, watching videos until I can’t keep my eyes open any longer.
