My birthday is on the ….2^nd of July – 私の誕生日は7月2日です

Baby / new born – 赤ちゃん

Boy – 男の子

Girl – 女の子

Teenager – ティーンエイジャー

Teenage girl – 10代の女の子

 Teenage boy – 10代の男の子

Man – 男性

Woman – 女性

Young man – 若い男性

Young woman – 若い女性

Middle age man – 中年男性

Middle age woman – 中年女性

Old man – 老人

Example Sentences -例文

You meet someone new, they will ask you “How old are you?” and also “When is your birthday?”

You can reply by telling them how old you are and what date you were born. You can say “I am 23, and my birthday is on the 9^th of September”.  

When you are born, you are a baby. As you grow you become a child and will be called a boy or girl. Once you reach 13, you are a teenager.  Once you reach the end of your teenage years, you will become a young adult and called a man or woman. As life goes on you become middle aged and if you can live a long life you will become an old man or woman.
