When Ian, the owner and main writer started learning Japanese he realised there was a huge gap in the Japanese market.

So many Japanese people want to learn English, but they just haven’t got the right resources to help them and we want to change that.

As a qualified English teacher from the UK, he has started this site to help Japanese people get better at English. The aim is to create as many useful lessons and worksheets as possible so that you can improve your daily conversation skills and feel confident in speaking with other English speakers.

Trying to surround your self with English is going to be the best way to see results and this site can help with that.  

Ian has also written a lot about his general experience with the “Immersion Language Learning Method”, as well as how he studied French and Japanese.

This means this site is also full of articles that can help you to actually understand how language learning works and tips on how you can get started and actually see some progress, even if you are not studying English.

The truth is that most people give up too soon and this is normally because they have been sold lies. Language learning is hard and it does take time but we all have the ability to learn a new language and we want to make sure that you know everything you need to know to make that happen.  

We also have a Youtube channel that will mainly be posting English lessons to help with your general conversation skills, but there will be some general videos that will talk about language learning in general and even some grammar lessons, which will be useful no matter who you are.
